Lanny P. Waguespack was chosen to head CMS Gas Transmission and Storage Co.'s new Denver office. He also was named director of business development in the western U.S. for the CMS Energy Corp. unit.

DeJong, vice president and COO of Aquarion Management Services, was elected chair of Connecticut Section American Water Works Association. Charles V. Firlotte, BHC Co. senior vice president and COO, was elected a second-year trustee of the same association. Larry Bingaman, secretary and vice president of corporate relations at BHC, was elected co-chair of the Connecticut Water Works Association.
Wisconsin State Telecommunications Association Inc. has elected Dean Voeks president. Voeks has served as president of Chorus Communications Inc. since 1991, when the company was called Mid-Plains Inc. Robert Hewitt was elected vice president of the association.
