Florida Water recently named four new senior executive vice presidents to head the four new divisions into which the company reorganized. Jim Perry, senior executive vice president for finance and CFO, will lead the Finance and Accounting Division. John Tillman, senior executive vice president for customer relations and business development, will head the Customer Relations and Business Development Division. Eric Teittinen, senior executive vice president of operations, maintenance, and engineering, will head the Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering Division. Lester Abberger, senior executive vice president for public and corporate affairs, will lead the Public and Corporate Affairs Division.
Gavin Donohue has been appointed executive director for the Independent Power Producers of New York, Inc. (IPPNY). Donohue has served as executive deputy commissioner for the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation since 1998.
