Allegheny Energy announced the election of two vice presidents. , vice president for corporate development, became vice president of Allegheny Energy Inc. , deputy general counsel, became a vice president of Allegheny Energy Service Corp. Dailey joined the company in 1991, and Burke joined in 1999.

Wisconsin Energy Corp. (WEC) announced several executive changes. retired as vice chairman of the company. Wardeberg was chairman and CEO of WICOR, Inc. prior to its acquisition by WEC in 2000. was promoted to assistant vice president of legal affairs, WE Energies. Bentley joined WE Energies in 1998 as director of legal affairs. , senior vice president of WEC and president and CEO of WE Energies, was named executive vice president of the corporation. Grigg joined the company in 1970. Paul Donovan, senior vice president and CFO of WEC, also was named an executive vice president of the corporation. Donovan joined WEC in 1999.

Aquila, Inc. announced the retirement of , retired vice chairman of Marsh & McLennon, Inc., from its board of directors after serving since 1986. was re-elected to his fourth three-year term on the board. Cain has been a director since 1992 and chairs the compensation committee. was re-elected to his third full term on the board. Green has been a director since 1993. He assumed his current role as president and CEO of Aquila, Inc., in January 2002, after serving as president and COO since 1996. also was re-elected to the board, where he has been a director since 1981. Jackson is the retired president of CharterCorp.
