Board Elections:  APX, Inc. elected Carol Browner , former administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, to its board of directors. She is a principal of The Albright Group LLC, co-founded with former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright , and also a principal of Albright Capital Management LLC.

Sempra Energy elected former U.S. Congresswoman and attorney, Lynn Schenk , to its board of directors.

Constellation Energy elected to its board of directors, Ann C. Berzin , former chairman and CEO of Financial Guaranty Insurance Co.

National Fuel Gas re-elected Robert Brady , Rolland Kidder and John Riordan to its board of directors, and elected Frederic Salerno as a member.


Retirements: Southern Company announced J. Barnie Beasley , CEO and president of Southern Nuclear Operating Co., will retire Sept. 1 after 39 years of service.
