Stephan T. Haynes, who has been American Electric Power's vice president of risk oversight since January 2002, was named vice president of corporate finance for the company.

Kay G. Priestly was named Entergy Corp.'s vice president of financial issues management. Priestly earlier was managing partner at Arthur Andersen.

Mary Frances Cox is the new vice president of operations at Schneider Electric North American operating division. She makes the move from the parent company, where she was vice president of manufacturing operations.

Foster Wheeler Energy Limited named Stephen J. Davies its chairman and CEO, succeeding the retiring Ian Bill. Davies has been with the company 27 years, most recently as managing director, global sales.

Verano named Dan Davis vice president of worldwide sales. He comes to Verano from ABB, where he was vice president of sales and strategic marketing.

David M. Blank moved up at FirstEnergy Corp. The former director of rates and regulatory affairs was promoted to vice president of the same unit at the company.

Dynegy appointed Holli C. Nichols senior vice president and treasurer, and Terry A. Hart senior vice president and controller of the company. Nichols and Hart have been with Dynegy since 2000.

El Paso Corp. named Eric L. Harry senior vice president and general counsel of production and non-regulated operations. He was most recently vice president and associate general counsel for Apache Corp.
