The Interstate Natural Gas Association has appointed Terry D. Boss v.p. of environment, safety, and operations. Boss replaces Theodore L. Kinne, who has retired.

R. Paul Grady has resigned as v.p. of corporate development with UGI Corp., a holding company with utility and propane marketing subsidiaries, to become v.p. of sales and operations at its wholly-owned subsidiary AmeriGas Propane, Inc.

Western Fuels Association, Inc. has reelected the following board members: Robert L. McPhail, president; Christian Hauck, v.p.; Pierre J. Heroux, secretary-treasurer; and Brian Rivet, vice secretary-treasurer.

Michael J. McGuire has resigned as executive director of the Natural Gas Vehicle Coalition for personal reasons. NGVC has initiated a search for a successor.

James W. Gustafson, senior v.p. at Washington Energy Co., will retire in December. Timothy J. Hogan has been appointed to executive v.p. and COO, James P. Torgerson to executive v.p. and CAO. Both appointments are to utility subsidiary Washington Natural Gas as well.

Debbie Kuraspediani, formerly of Gerber Advertising Agency in Portland, OR, has been appointed advertising manager for Northwest Public Power Association.

Louis E. Buck, Jr., most recently v.p. of finance at the North Carolina Electric Membership Corp., is joining Entergy Corp. as v.p. and CAO.

Toward Utility Rate Normalization has appointed former Consumers Union attorney Nettie Hoge executive director.
