Dennis R. Wraase, CEO of Potomac Electric Power Co. subsidiary Potomac Capital Investment Corp. (PCI), was elected senior v.p. and CFO of the utility. Wraase replaces H. Lowell Davis, who will serve as vice chairman and director until he retires early next year. The PEPCO board also elected Ellen Sheriff Rogers secretary and assistant treasurer.
