El Paso Energy International Co., a unit of El Paso Energy Corp., named a six-man management team, pulled from international operations and the recently acquired Tenneco Energy. Byron Kelley will be executive v.p.; John R. Cunningham will be v.p.-administration, engineering and asset management; William S. Garrett will be v.p.-Americas and domestic power; David Gray will be v.p.-Asia; Peter Ragauss will be v.p.-finance; and Ken Wisnoski will be v.p.-Europe. In other personnel matters, El Paso Energy hired Scott D. Vonderheide from Tenneco to be manager of investor relations, a new position.
Ronald G. Skarphol replaces the retiring R.J. "Rod" White at Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. Skarphol will be v.p.-marketing and business development. He was special projects manager.
Illinova Generating Co. has promoted Michael R. Heneghan from v.p. of finance/ treasurer to senior v.p. Heneghan has worked at Illinois Power, an affiliate company.
Mary Murphy, formerly an Anderson Consulting associate partner, was hired by Commonwealth Edison Co. as strategic applications and planning director in information services. In the same department, Paul Janis was hired as business unit solutions director. Janis comes from R.R. Donnelley & Co. where he developed the company's strategic technology plan.
