THE former chairman of the Missouri Public Service Commission, Karl Zobrist, is now a partner at Blackwell Sanders Matheny Weary & Lombardi LLP.

Zobrist resigned from the commission on Aug. 15, 1997.

Robert C. Kelly, former chairman and CEO of Enron Renewable Energy Corp., was named managing director of renewable energy for Enron International.

Steven J. Lewis joined AEP Energy Services Inc. as senior vice president of energy services. Previously, Lewis managed trading of natural gas and electricity for Duke/Louis Dreyfus LLC.

Michael P. Childers joined Edison Mission Energy as a corporate vice president and regional vice president of development, Americas region. Childers most recently served as a director of Enron Capital & Trade Resources.

AEP Communications, a subsidiary of American Electric Power, announced that Bill Randle is the new director of energy information services. He will direct the development and implementation of AEP's new energy information services initiative.

Cinergy Corp appointed Donald B. Ingle, Jr. president of its energy services business unit. Ingle has served as acting president since May.

Michael Phelps, chairman and CEO of Westcoast Energy Inc., announced the appointment of Robert T. Reid to president and CEO of Union Gas and Centra Gas Ontario. Most recently, Reid was president of Westcoast Energy International Inc.

Mary O'Driscoll signed on with the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America as a senior communications editor. O'Driscoll has been a reporter with The Energy Daily since 1991.
