New Positions:

Martin Crotty and Dr. Soumen Ghosh joined SeaWest WindPower Inc. as senior vice president of operations and maintenance, and senior product manager of data services, respectively. Most recently, Crotty was director of operations for the Western Region of NRG Energy. Ghosh spent more than five years at ABB System Control and more than nine years at CMC.

Michael T. Tomaino, former partner at the law firm of Nixon Peabody, returned to the firm as senior counsel. Tomaino had been senior vice president and general counsel of Rochester Gas and Electric Corp. until his retirement last July.

North Coast Energy elected Larry J. Risley vice president of exploration and production. Risley spent 23 years with Texaco Inc. before joining North Coast Energy last June as director of operations.

Anuj Arya is the new senior vice president and head of the strategy advisory practice at Lukens Energy Group. Prior to Lukens, Arya was a vice president at A.T. Kearney and a principal at Booz Allen & Hamilton.

Energy-trading software outfit OpenLink appointed Matt Frye managing director of its Houston division. Frye spent the previous seven years with Williams Cos. The company also hired Mack Miller as its channel manager, and Fran Rolon and Ray Sanzone as North American sales managers.

Lehman Brothers announced Joe Sauvage and Frank Napolitano as new group heads in the company's Power Group of its Investment Banking Division. Both men are currently managing directors with the firm.
