New Opportunities: Dynegy Inc. announced that Carolyn M. Campbell has been named group general counsel-corporate finance & securities, and corporate secretary. Campbell joins Dynegy from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.

Cinergy Corp. announced that Kay E. Pashos would become president of PSI Energy Inc., Cinergy's Indiana electric utility subsidiary. She succeeds Douglas F. Esamann, who becomes Cinergy's senior vice president, energy portfolio strategy and management, within Cinergy's commercial business unit. Pashos is currently general counsel of Cinergy's regulated business unit, having begun her career at PSI Energy in 1987.

New Jersey Natural Gas, the principal subsidiary of New Jersey Resources, has appointed Kathleen F. Kerr vice president-marketing and customer services. Since 2002, Kerr has served as director-customer services for Newark, N.J.-based Public Service Electric and Gas Co.

Ameren Corp. promoted Richard J. Mark, president for government policy and consumer affairs, to senior vice president of AmerenUE Energy Delivery.

Eugene W. Zeltmann, president and CEO of the New York Power Authority, announced the appointment of Edward L. Hubert to senior vice president of transmission for the Power Authority. Hubert has been a Power Authority staff member since 1969.
