16. Examples include various types of interruptible loads, air-conditioner cycling programs, Flex-Your-Power, critical peak pricing (CPP), time-of-use (TOU) rates and real-time pricing (RTP) options. Each utility offers a variety of programs targeted at different classes of customers.
