A review of power plant deals in 2004 shows that utilities are buying.
Enron Corp., will chair the Regulatory Affairs Committee. The Political Action Committee chair will be Joe Ronan , vice president of government and regulatory affairs for Calpine Group. The Power Marketers Work Group will be led by Robert Reilley , vice president of regulatory affairs, Coral Power. The Renewables Committee will be chaired by Andrew Chau , director of government and regulatory affairs, Tractebel Power Inc. The State Issues Committee will be led by Jane Cahill , vice president of external relations for PG&E National Energy Group.
