The meeting will mark the beginning of the third and last year of the three-year theme of Connecting the Dots: Innovative/Disruptive Technology and Regulation. NARUC President Judith Jagdmann, also a Commissioner at the Virginia State Corporation Commission, will pass the title of President on to NARUC First Vice President Michael Caron, also a Commissioner at the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority.
