The National Association of State Utility Consumer Advocates held its 2025 Annual Meeting in Seattle during the NARUC Annual Meeting and Education Conference, which allowed for ease of sharing the important voices in utility regulation.

The Annual Meeting showcased all the hard work NARUC has done this past year on a wide range of topics from wildfire to data center loads to DER interconnections and much more.

The NARUC 2025 Annual Meeting and Education Conference was held November 9 – 12 in Seattle, with the theme of Let There Be Light. The Annual Meeting is NARUC’s capstone event that featured a year-end summary from NARUC President Tricia Pridemore, with seminal topics across each utility sector, and highlighted the installation of new leadership.

In Atlanta, Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy celebrated its 20th anniversary in October. Through workshops, keynotes, and offsite events, the event embodied WRISE’s vision of creating a transformed energy ecosystem where all people and our planet thrive.

Building for Tomorrow’s Demand

Dentons held its annual US Energy Summit 2025 in September at the Dentons Washington, D.C. Office Conference Center with a focus on modernizing energy infrastructure and addressing national energy challenges.

The Tulane Future of Energy Forum was held from September 10-12 at Tulane University in New Orleans. Leaders in energy innovation, policy, and technology gathered to explore this year’s theme of Powering the Future: Innovation, Competition, and Collaboration.
