UF's Steve Mitnick: Tell us about this Expo.

Chris Gould: This is the seventh Exelon Innovation Expo, and the second one we have held here in Washington D.C. We moved into a bigger venue this year, because we've had such overwhelmingly good response from employees.

The last count we had was just over three thousand attendees. It shot up to around three thousand a couple of days before, and we think it may have even gotten to thirty-five hundred.

PUF: How do you generate this level of excitement?

Chris Gould: The people generate it themselves. We provide the venue, the organization, and everything that needs to be built around it to have an event like this, but the excitement and the buzz that you feel and hear around this expo is coming from the people who are innovating.
