Three Staff members from the Georgia Public Service Commission, Kentucky Public Service Commission and Jamaica Office of Utilities Regulation, plus a Commissioner from the Illinois Commerce Commission participated in the NARUC-sponsored Partnership Exchange with the Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission.
