PUF spoke with leaders from AABE, Ameren, Evergy, Exelon, Southern Company, and Burns & McDonnell about diversity spend and diversity in the workplace, what they are doing to promote inclusion, and why it is crucial to the success of their companies. PUF's Steve Mitnick: You're not able to have the national conference in April, but you have plans. Talk about what those plans are.

Paula Glover: For the Association, we host an annual convention. It was scheduled for April. But these are strange and unusual times, and for everybody's health and safety, we should not be gathering together. 

We are hoping to reschedule our conference to later in the year, late summer ideally. As we work through some of the details with the hotel, we will have at least a smaller truncated conference, hopefully in August. Through the summer, we're going to continue to provide digital content.
