The PUF team was warmly welcomed by those energy stalwarts charged with drafting and implementing Governor Phil Murphy's Energy Master Plan at the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities.

It's serious work, but it's fun too, as you will hear Staff attest. And the New Jersey BPU is big, with some two hundred and twenty-five Staff, because in 2003 it established the Office of Clean Energy to help administer its programs. Talk about forward thinking.

PUF: What is your background and how did you end up at the BPU?

Sara Bluhm Gibson: I have been working in the policy circles of Trenton for close to twenty years. I had been mainly involved on the legislative side of helping craft and form different policies and had worked as an advocate for the business community.

I've known and worked with President Fiordaliso for many years in different roles on policy development. I had the exciting opportunity to join the Murphy administration and join President Fiordaliso's team to help implement the clean energy policy in 2018.

The Governor since day one has been committed to clean energy and then the passage of the Clean Energy Act put us on an acceleration. I've been fortunate to be part of the BPU team to help make that vision a reality.

PUF: Talk about your unique role at the Board.
