Read on to learn more about these fascinating issues, the challenges, and where they see their initiatives going in the future.

PUF's Alex Revel: John, talk about your day-to-day work in your role as Chief Operating Officer.

John Olander: No day ever looks the same. My role is to support our strategic initiatives, which helps us move forward and prepare. Strategies are run by global practice leaders, so I am not in their day-to-day business, but I'm helping deliver what supports all practices. In my role, it's helping people be better, sharing best practices, and helping build tools and processes.

My other role is President of our Transmission & Distribution Group. In that role I oversee strategy, including client strategy, how we operate, and where we operate.

PUF: Ron, you are Diverse Business Manager. Talk about your role.
