Every year, Burns & McDonnell holds a Utility Diversity Roundtable, and this year's theme was All hands on Deck. That theme arose from the past crisis-filled year having demonstrated how humanity is connected and needs one another. The exposed inequities have reinforced why diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) work is so important. The 2021 Roundtable discussed effective strategies to increase engagement and alliances. Ponder these highlights.
