Highlights from Circle City
The Mid-America Regulatory Conference, better known as MARC, was held June 22-25 in Indianapolis.
MARC 2025 had the theme of Circle City Circuit, an homage to the city’s original design from the early nineteenth century, which had a circular layout. It was three jam-packed days of engaging educational sessions, unconventional tours, and collaborative problem solving across all utility sectors.
The welcome and opening remarks speakers were Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission Chair Jim Huston and IURC Commissioner Sarah Freeman.
