Learning and Laughter in Boston
Public Utilities Fortnightly’s Summer Soapbox Luncheon was held July 28 in the Contemporary room at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport.
While the event was not part of NARUC’s Summer Policy Summit, there were Commissioners and industry experts in the audience to enjoy two-minute takes on the future of utility regulation. Some twenty of them went on stage to share their views on, well, anything they wanted.
They willingly took on the omnipresent gong for those daring to go over two minutes. There was much singing, dancing, and serious observations too. A good time was had by all.
