Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to spend time with utility executives, state commissioners, consumer advocates, technology innovators, and policymakers in conference rooms, coffee shops, site visits, and board meetings across the country. While every conversation has been different, I’ve found myself noticing the same thing.

We’re asking different questions than we were even a few years ago. Not long ago, conversations about electric vehicles centered on adoption. Today, they’re about how managed charging and vehicle-grid integration can help improve grid utilization, reduce peak demand, and create value for customers.
