Sure, San Diego was also hosting the humongous Comic-Con event at the same time. A hundred and thirty thousand fans of comics, science-fiction and movies. But the best conference in town was the NARUC Summer Policy Summit. As these pics show, utility regulation and policy people really have an epic time when they gather, collaborate and debate. We are the superheroes making the utilities universe safe and affordable for all the planets' populations.
