In April, EEI International Programs hosted the seventh annual Global Electrification Forum (GEF). Thought leaders and energy executives from around the world gathered in person and through our online platform to discuss and engage with this year's theme: Energizing 8 Billion Lives and More through the lens of power, climate, and action.

Throughout the week, our sessions explored key topics for the energy industry, including resilience, the future energy workforce, critical minerals, hydrogen, building transmission, inspiring our frontline workers, and much more.

Our annual GEF reflects the mission of EEI International Programs: to enable electrification around the world. We made our virtual conference free and accessible to all, recognizing that expanding energy industry knowledge and collaboration is crucial. Our online event platform contains on-demand recordings of all the sessions and will be free and available for one year.
