Moderator and Régie de l'énergie du Québec Commissioner Louis Legault: This session will deal with information asymmetry. It's the situation between the regulator and the regulated utility where in that relationship, information is more available and more directed by the utility. We understand that utilities will share the information they feel is necessary to obtain the results they're looking for.
