The National Council on Electricity Policy (NCEP) held its annual meeting in May in Charleston, South Carolina on Collaborative Responses to Load Growth.
Attendees heard large-load customer perspectives on load growth and experiences developing sites around the U.S. The NCEP has convened member organizations since 1994: NASEO, NASUCA, NARUC, National Governors Association, National Conference of State Legislatures, and National Association of Clean Air Agencies.
An “NCEP State Framework for Successful Collaboration on Load Growth,” will soon be published on actionable approaches to challenges of unprecedented load growth.
