PUF's Steve Mitnick: Tim, as Senior Advisor to PSM, give some background on the evolution of Power Systems Mfg.

Tim Curran: From 2001 to 2015, I was the president of Alstom Power in the U.S., and I was responsible for the service business primarily. One of the areas I was focused on was growing our gas turbine service portfolio circa 2004, and 2005.

It was fortunate at that time that Calpine had to divest PSM. Calpine bought PSM in the late '90s and because of bankruptcy, had to divest PSM. The timing was perfect for us.

Pratt & Whitney and we were the bidders in 2007, and Alstom came in with the highest bid. We acquired PSM, which gave us an additional footprint in the U.S. market because Alstom's fleet of gas turbines in the States was quite small.
