APR Energy commissioned a 20-MW expansion of its power plant in Myanmar, providing the Myanmar Electric Power Enterprise (MEPE) with a guaranteed minimum of 102 MW of power generation. Based in Kyaukse, in the Mandalay region, the expanded power plant is one of the largest thermal plants in Myanmar, providing electricity to over six million people. It features the newest generation CAT low-emission mobile gas power modules and runs on natural gas.
Minnesota Power completed commissioning the latest phase of its Bison Wind Energy Center. The 205-MW expansion makes it the largest wind farm in North Dakota. All 64 turbines within the 35-square-mile boundaries of Bison 4 are now generating renewable energy, which is delivered to the company's customers via a 465-mile direct current transmission line linking Center, N.D., and Duluth, Minn. In total, the nearly 500 MW produced by Bison's 165 turbines rank it as North Dakota's largest wind farm in terms of electric generating capacity.

DTE Energy's gas storage and pipeline segment secured long-term gathering commitments with Southwestern Energy and Cabot Oil & Gas to expand the Bluestone Pipeline. The incremental Bluestone Pipeline capacity is supported by long-term agreements with minimum term commitments ranging from 10 to15 years. Once in-service, the expansion facilities will increase the capacity of the Bluestone Pipeline from 600,000 Dth/day to 975,000 Dth/day, a greater than 60% increase in capacity since the gathering system first came online in late 2012.
Car Charging Group, through its partnership with City Park, has expanded the availability of EV charging services at the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) Garage in San Francisco. CarCharging originally deployed EV charging services at the MOMA Garage in 2013 and over the past year, the demand for EV fueling has continued to expand. The charging stations have been consistently utilized, which demonstrates the need for additional public EV charging infrastructure.
