SEPA is tracking this evolution through our Database of Emerging Large Load Tariffs (DELTa), developed with the NC Clean Energy Technology Center. Today, DELTa includes more than 77 tariffs across 36 states – nearly all developed in just the past two years.

Responding to robust industry interest in VPPs and their potential benefits, the Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA) and N.C. Clean Energy Technology Center (NCCETC) are collaborating to help states, utilities, and other stakeholders understand the ever-evolving policy and industry landscape.
