The 2026 NARUC Winter Policy Summit was held February 8-11 in Washington, D.C., and gathered State Commissioners from across the country, along with industry leaders for four days of education and camaraderie. There were site visits and panels, with many topics of interest covered.

There was a busy schedule with many panels taking place at the same time. The PUF team was also at NARUC and in the following pages brings a taste of what went on. Too much was happening to place it all here.

Three General Session panels of great interest are excerpted here. A resiliency panel was led by NARUC President and Washington Commissioner Ann Rendahl. First Vice President and Virginia Commissioner Jehmal Hudson also took center stage, leading two panels, one on permitting and a demand roundtable on large load tariffs.
