Niagara Mohawk Power Corp. announced the election of Darlene D. Kerr as president and COO. Kerr joined the company in 1973 as a junior methods analyst. In 1998, she was elected executive vice president and COO of Niagara Mohawk's energy delivery business.

Susan Story was promoted to executive vice president of engineering and generation services for Southern Company. Most recently, Story was vice president of procurement and materials. She joined the company in 1982.

AmerenEnergy Generating Company promoted James Williams, Jr. to manager at AEG's Coffeen Plant. Williams joined the company in 1986 as an assistant plant engineer at Newton Power Station. William R. McGreevy has been named director, gas business development, for AmerenEnergy Fuels and Service Company.

Wendell Dallas has been named manager of Atlanta Gas Light's southeast service area. Dallas joined AGLC in April 2000 as manager of the central Georgia service area, after leaving El Paso Energy, where he was an operations supervisor. Dallas replaced Ralph Cleveland, who was promoted to vice president - operations and engineering for Virginia Natural Gas, a division of AGL Resources, parent company of Atlanta Gas Light. Don Thomason will assume the position of interim manager for the central Georgia area.
